What was your inspiration?
I was wanting a spiral hat but it was the heart of summer (if you can call what sun we get in the UK "summer") and I was wanting something that wouldn't make you too hot.
What are you most proud of?
I'd never knit in a spiral before so doing that and the lace pattern was a break through for me :D
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Read the pattern carefully as you go. There is a marker to move around, not just skip past.
