Instructions
1. Cut an 8-1/2 X 11 sheet of yellow card stock in half to create two A2 sized cards. Score & fold each.
2. Cut a square of blue polka dot glitter paper. (Mine came glittered already, but you could add the glitter yourself.) Round the corners. Don't adhere it to the card base yet!
3. Cut a square of acetate, slightly smaller than the polka dot paper. Round the corners.
4. Stamp "Happy Birthday" in the center of the acetate. Use a permanent ink, such as StazOn ink.
5. Lay the acetate on a scrap piece of paper. Randomly stamp a crown around the sentiment. Stamp half way off the acetate as well.
6. Ink the edges with the white ink pad.
7. Center the acetate on top of the polka dot paper. Punch two small holes at the top. Lace a ribbon through and tie a bow. This connects the acetate to the polka dot paper.
8. Cut a square of dark blue paper. Adhere under the acetate to the polka dot paper, being sure to line it up with the words "Happy Birthday".
For the inside, I just cut a small square of the polka dot paper and adhered it on the side, leaving room for the hand written birthday wishes! Nothing complicated!!

What was your inspiration?
I had some acetate and was tired of spending tons of money on store bought transparencies.
What are you most proud of?
How simple the card is to make... but it looks like it took me hours to make!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Why make one? Make several at the same time, assembly line style, and have a few on hand when you need them!
