What was your source for this quilting project? Online Photo or Website

What materials did you use? 100% cotton fabric, 80/20 cotton/poly batting, wool batting

What are you most proud of? Made with all half-square triangles! No "Y" seams!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use fabrics with a high contrast between light and darks to make the design pop.

What a great job! Did you use a stencil to mark your feathers first? If so, where do you find them?

Thanks, D! I used a CD to trace circles with cheap school chalk, then quilted teardrop shaped feathers inside and outside the circles. In the diamond shapes, I drew a slightly curved S shape, then quilted feathers on both sides. Then I meander-stitched in the alternate blocks.
