Make grape clusters well ahead of time to allow for drying and assembling.Grape clusters: tint gumpaste and shape into individual grapes.... placing a wire into each one. Cut out gumpaste leaves. Allow several days to dry, then accent and highlight with luster dusts. Assemble grapes starting from bottom to top of a bunch by adding each grape and wrapping the wires together.
