What was your inspiration?
My scraps speak to me. Actually I cut a lot of my scraps into patches in sizes I frequently use when a given fabric has less than one-fourth yard or so left. HST cut from 10-inch and from 7-inch squares are among my pre-cut patches. When I get enough in colors that I find satisfactory to make a charity quilt I go to work, either making a simple HST quilt top like this or arranging the patches in some more unique design.
