What materials did you use? cottons

What are you most proud of? I did the Y seams! There is an alternate construction in Kimberly Einmo's class, Magical Jelly Roll Quilts. It actually does lay flat (I've got it draped across a chair back in photo)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use sizing or starch on fabric before cutting diamonds - those bias edges won't be quit so wiggly!

This is lovely! I've been to chicken to try this one. Hope to get some sewing time on Sunday. May jump in and do this one!! Good job and I agree with the others nice color choices!!

Give it a try! The Y seams aren't that tricky - just follow the instructions carefully.

Once again, your colors go together so beautifully. So inspiring!!

This is a fun fabric line but I was especially fond of the green & aqua fabrics.

I love your light, refreshing star colors too. I didn't make mine yet for this class quilt but made one for the center of a duvet cover I'm making & combined it with 4 stars I just made in Carol Doaks class. I was surprised how easily this star went together! Go us!

Just love this one Darns - I have yet to do this one in Kimberly's class - have the material but am trying to do another queen size quilt. I am really looking forward to trying this - yours is excellent.

Thank you, Beth! Sounds like you're like me - way too many projects going on at one time!

Yes Darns - way too many cross stitches and a large quilt to do plus some knitting - can never say we are bored can we!!!
