What was your inspiration?
A customer ordered. She had a 6lb baby girl. She said she couldn't find anything small enough to fit her, So, she gave me her 1940's pattern. Well it was my first Vintage pattern. So I started knitting it the way it was written...it started to look zig zag. So I had to rewrite the pattern from scratch. After the 5th attempt it turned out great.
What are you most proud of?
The mom was so happy.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
When doing vintage always 5x's the yarn it says. Always check gauge.
