Sure, do you have all the supplies? as Michaels has a 25% off your entire purchase including sales items..The Martha Stewart Stucco found not in the scrapbooking section---its where the wall stencils are at...also the die cut is Tim Holtz Tree it is also on sale....--the tree's look so much better in person then on the website.

I believe the sale starts tomorrow...check online for the coupon----and get the 40% coupon too....the best glue for this project with a hot glue --or the 3 and 1 glue--dries quickly and clear...

Get your tags, and take at least 3 different color of dye--a black, dark blue, and light blue......I used perfect pearls ( white ) --I put them in a small spritzer bottle mixed with water------and spritzed the entire mat----go alittle heavy---and then take your tags and drag them thru the mixture---yes the tag will get water--as this will create the watercolor affect on your tags---if you have to much on the tag kinda --just shake it off while still over your non-stick craft mat----you can either air dry the tag---or use your heat embrosser to spend up the process....the cool thing is...if you dont like the coverage....spritze some more water with perfect pearls with some ink and you can adjust the coverage on the tag....

oh... before you spritze your mat...take the 3 stamp pad colors and apply directly to you non stick mat---just open the stamp pad and run in 3 different lines each one of the colors---so now you have a 3 stripes of color on your mat pad..then spritze perfect pearls over the entire mat....again get it wet....but dont go completely crazy.....
