What was your inspiration?
The print flanelete that the Cowley church ladies gave me.
It was not enough to make a quilt but I thought I could get enough blocks to make a quilt using. # 19 Friendship circle. October Block Of The Month.
I placed it for the largest piece in the paper piecing.
What are you most proud of?
When I ran out of little trucks to place in that piece I made a mini wonky log cabin piece and then used it in the space making sure there was a part of the truck showing.
These blocks will be made into a little boys quilt.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure that you have enough of the print to make the whole circle the same.
