Lola Jenkins makes art quilts that display the joy and freedom of pursuing her passion. Since her first showing in June 2007, Lola has won numerous awards from the Central Oklahoma Quilt Guild, including Judges' Choice, Best Use of Color, Best Design, and the President's Challenge. She has been a featured artist at the 2008 Winter Quilt Show in Oklahoma City, and the 2010 Houston Quilt Show.

She has been a featured artist at the 2008 Winter Quilt Show in Oklahoma City, and the 2010 Houston Quilt Show.
A native of Stockton, Calif., Lola served in the military and earned her Bachelor's degree with honors from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn. Before focusing on quilting, she held positions with the IRS and Union Pacific Railroad, owned an accounting firm and her own Bible bookstore, and earned a Master's degree. She lives in Oklahoma City.
