1st attempt spinning on handmade spindle

What are you most proud of? My first attempt so far is very encouraging. The instruction in this class is top-notch! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Spin a little everyday. Give yourself a chance to develop a rhythm. Don't give up when frustration sets in. Expect the worse - you might be pleasantly surprised when its not!

Q&A with DenielleNoe

Dru Pettibone asked:
My goodness! You've spun a whole lot of good-looking yarn!! Congrats to you :)
DenielleNoe answered:
Thank you so much! Your compliments mean a lot coming from you. I haven't been spinning this past week, but I plan to get back to it this weekend. I should hopefully finish my first cop by then. Almost a full 3oz's of fluff turn to string!
