While Waiting for My Pattern to Arrive

Project Description

What are you most proud of? So quick to sew, great methods - great class - capable and competent tutor What advice would you give someone starting this project? Such useful sewing methods. I just had to experiment so had to get sewing!! Until my class pattern arrives - I will have to wait another four weeks in New Zealand for it it arrive, tap, tap, tap.

I'm waiting for my pattern too. I found some nice linen fabric for my first try at the jacket. However, I am not going to do the pockets. I am busty and pockets in that area make me look too top heavy. I also don't like sleeve cuffs, but I will do them to work on the technique. By the way, great job on the jacket.

Good on you with the pockets - dont want bulk there! The patterns usually arrive within reasonable time, but I'm enjoying sewing and I have this stash!!! So like to get moving. Have fun!!
