I think it might be .... I did a burn test and it seems like a cotton blend. I bought a large tote of fabric with a little more that 100 yards for $50 so, this shirt very very cheap to make. :)

Great progress! It looks as if your L shoulder is a bit higher than your R! See that diagonal line from left bust to the neck edge of the L shoulder seam? Let out the shoulder seam just at the neck edge and see if it goes away. Remember, diagonal lines usually point to the problem. You could also raise the waist seam in the back closer to your anatomical waist. Otherwise, looks great! Up load a pic of the finished top, too!

Thank you. I was kind of at a loss for what to do. I knew it needed to be tweeked I just couldn't quite tell where. :)
