Tuck pleat shirt

What are you most proud of? The eveness of the pleats and how neat the side splits are. Working with such a delicate fabric. How the "bones" of the shirt are all an even 1/4 inch. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make a normal shirt first. This fabric is a good practise if you want to start working with silk as it is cheaper and a bit easier to work with. Cut panels to the lenth for the various pattern pieces and pleat them before cutting out the pattern pieces. Have fun !!!
