Thread Scarf

Project Description

What are you most proud of? Sharing this with the Craftsy community for FREE! Make your first scarf using your favorite colors so it will go with most of your wardrobe!

  • Sulky Solvy Lightweight Water Soluble Stabilizer
  • lots of yarns and ribbons
  • thread.

Love the scarf....question...when sewing it all together...so you use a straight stitch or zig zag....and..I am assuming the stitching goes horozontally ...across the width of the yarns/ribbons....correct??? I can't wait to make one. Another reason to make my regular visits to the local thrift shops to collect more stuff. thanks

I use a free motion straight stitch going across the threads, making sure to catch the sides.

Any thread works as long as it's not water soluble!
