The Get-Away Travel Tote

What was your source for this sewing project? Improvisational What are you most proud of? I tested out a lot of pocket ideas that I based on my needs as a traveler. My favorite ones are on the inside - that I made from a mesh laundry hamper. I also had to figure out how to stop the sides from "bowing" out when I packed it; I added some ties that I threaded through large eyelets. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is really thick. I used foam interfacing (headliner), so putting the binding on in the bottom tested my patience. You could also just do an overcast stitch.
