Surplice Dress

What are you most proud of? How fast I whipped this up. I cut it out last night and stitched the shoulders and neckline. Then this morning, with a cup of coffee, I finished the dress in what seemed like no time! The finished dress is very cozy, I'm sure I'll wear it lots. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a very easy, flattering dress, give it a try!

CraftyNHmom answered:
Thank you! I love wearing dresses that feel like pajamas. This pattern is a winner!
Meg McElwee asked:
Lovely! I hope it will get lots of wear - you look great in it!
CraftyNHmom answered:
Thanks, Meg! I really love your navy maxi dress version. The Ashland dress is calling my name too.
jaceystitches asked:
Gorgeous! How did you find it going together?
CraftyNHmom answered:
It was very quick and easy. The video explains the process perfectly. I only wish I had bought the Bernina 380 instead of the 330, it doesn't have any stretch stitches. Bummer. The zig zag seems to work okay though.
knit5together asked:
that turned out great!
CraftyNHmom answered:
Thanks!
