Sofa Slipcover

Project Description

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Sofa Slipcover Link to website or photo What are you most proud of? Just finally biting the bullet and doing it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Read my blog entries about this project. I started with "Courage" because It seems that everyone I talked to said that they were scared to make a slipcover. I think the amount of fabric and the size of the pieces of fabric is what scared them. You can't get hung up on them being perfect...they are slipcovers...they will move!

What you will need

  • 2 1/2 heavy duty drop cloths

Ms. Elaineous answered:
Thanks Sharon!
Peg Baker asked:
This is a big project and you did a great job! Did you make those beautiful square pillows, too?
Ms. Elaineous answered:
Yes I did make those pillows. When I get a chance I'll post the pattern! There are times when I wish that I didn't haeve a full-time job!
