Project Description

What are you most proud of? That my daughter is so confident in my sewing skills:) Although she has lots more cushion ideas for me to make her... she has been looking up patterns for patchwork cushions! What advice would you give someone starting this project? One you start something you may have to keep on going haha! These were very easy to do as I made envelope back openings.

What you will need

  • Fabric
  • 2 pillow forms

Q&A with desna

patz in suffolk asked:
Oooh! Aren't they lovely? Not sure if you appliqued the little birdies, or whether they were part of the fabric - go on, let me into your secret!
desna answered:
haha Pat Im afraid they were part of the pattern, but Lou wants me to make her an owl cushion so I will be doing it with a paper pieced pattern... well will try my best to:)
