Recycled Cross Body Bag

I purchased a leather coat for $6 at a thrift store, cut it up and used it for this cross body bag. There were 2 large pockets on the coat - so I used one section for the back. Overall, I think this bag turned okay considering I had no pattern or instructions on sewing order. This was just a quick project (let’s see if I can sew leather on my home machine). The cold rubber tape and double sided tape really helped with sewing the pieces together. On my next project, I will take more time and add details/features that I would like for any everday bag.
