Purple & Red Shirt

What are you most proud of? The colour I think, which is red and purple and is lovely fabric. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just follow Pam's instructions, she is a wonderful tutor. And, if you are like me, add 4" to the length of the front and back as I am an oblong shape with a long waist! I also changed. The collar and cut it in two, as it is a one piece collar and I like a collar and stand, the fabric I used was slippery too - oh what fun! So make sure the fabric is one you are able to work with easily.

nice job, and great fabric!
Pohutukawa answered:
Thanks!
Pat Mitchell asked:
Wonderfully dazzling!
Pohutukawa answered:
Dazzling is right, but it like the colour combination, I think it is red and purple for summer in my wardrobe.
Pam Howard asked:
Hi! Another beauty! I really love your fabric choice, and the collar looks great (not easy to do in that type of fabric). The cuff design is a nice touch :-)) Thanks for the inspiration! Pam
Pohutukawa answered:
Thanks Pam, waiting for your next class! You truly are the ultimate tutor, thank you!
Awilda asked:
These colors are so vibrant, it's lovely. I'm inspired!
Pohutukawa answered:
Glad you are inspired!
Sarg asked:
I like the collar stand too. Colours work well. Great job, as always.
Pohutukawa answered:
Me too Sarg, not the same without a stand aye?
