Project

Pirate Shirt in 1 Hour

What are you most proud of? It fits well. The sleeves were a little tight so I put gussets in them from the ends. Needed to be wide so that there was a bit of a flare to them. No fabric left so I was lucky. This turned out better than I expected! I paid $4,50 for the fabric so I am extremely happy it worked. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you are not sure - get a pattern! I have done a short course in pattern making, so I was happy to take the risk and it was for a costume so it didn't matter too much.

You Can Make This

Tandunn made Pirate Shirt in 1 Hour with:

  • A stretch? cotton - beautiful to sew with. It was just a remnant so I have no idea what to call it.
