Olie's first Mama-Made dress

What are you most proud of? Actually ironing my seams, I'm usually really bad about it and then kick myself after when my seams look all wonky. I wanted things to lay well on this because it is so small so I took the extra time and it was well worth it. Lesson learned, I will be ironing all seams from here on out. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Its easy! Go for it!

Q&A with cincodemaya

SakakiSins asked:
Do you have a link for this pattern? It's adorable! I'd love to give it a try!
cincodemaya answered:
It's from the book Making Baby's Clothes by Rob Merritt. It was so fast and easy and the book has so many cute things. I really recommend it. unfortunately I had forgotten I made it before she grew out of it but I will surely be making the next size up!
