What are you most proud of? Short time before Kathy Ruddy's class has been offered I sewed the pants from Vogue Wardrobe V 8758. They fitted quite well but the crotch seam was a bit long and at the hipline didn't fall at the right place and the legs were a bit too wide. When I started Kathy's class I realized, that the pattern was already a block, which I altered according to my measurments. I have just sewn a muslin (only for the fitting part). Now I am able to make few amendments which will help make the pants fit even better. I am now going to make pants with a flannel lining for winter. Thanks to Kathy! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Measure honestly, stand by your problem zones and make a muslin.
