Lined Dress

What are you most proud of? I used techniques learned in a class in Italy and was able to totally ignore instructions with the patterns. These instructions are often difficult and make the garments look "homemade". What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make a muslin complete with lining.

Carla, I use invisible zippers all the time and find getting the lining to fir properly can be the bane of my existence. Please share if you an, what you learned in Italy. thanks. This dress is gorgeous.

I'm excited that someone wants info from me. Give me a few days and I will see if I can document what I do. I've actually learned a few more tricks since Italy that make the zipper even better.
