What are you most proud of? Everything. I have never used a zipper foot; inserted a zipper; quilted; used my rotary cutter and other tools; following directions and a pattern. All of it was a first for me and I was able to complete the project. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you are new to sewing like me go slow. I broke all the steps down into smaller more manageable steps and only completed what I felt I had the energy for, and then stopped. There are a lot of steps and photos to follow and it can be overwhelming for a new sewer. I completed the project over days and by doing this increased my confidence level. Measure twice to make sure your cuts are exact. There are a few spots in the directions that don't match with the photos and it was confusing for me but follow your instincts and know you can figure it out and complete the project.
