I love Lucy!

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Sew Chic Patterns #1106 Link to website or photo www.etsy.com/listing/73756255/new-sewing-pattern-1950s-retro-jacket What are you most proud of? I used a slot seam technique on the gingham, and liked it quite a bit. I tried lots of different ideas with tucks and so forth to give a little bit of embellishment without being too much. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be afraid of organza! It has lots of body and is not hard to sew with. This jacket is perfect for maternity too. The high waist pant is totally chic!
