Francine 3-Panel Skirt

What are you most proud of? I'm proud that this uses up my seemingly endless swatch collection, it's an easy project & it uses a method anyone can do; if you have a closet full of clothes, you can easily re-create their patterns & make something more personal for you as an individual. What advice would you give someone starting this project? As with any of my projects, patience is key... don't rush through the deconstruction process as you may damage your pattern (and then you've lost a pattern & an already good garment!). Also don't be afraid to experiment. Anytime you're dealing with patterns or making your own, realize it's just thread & fabric. If it doesn't fall right or the shape is off, you can always unstitch & try again.
