Project Description

What are you most proud of? The Raggedy Ann is tall enough to use cloth for a 1-year old. So when the girls outgrow their cloth, their doll can wear it easily. What advice would you give someone starting this project? The eyes and cheeks are colored with textile colors and then ironed-in. The hair takes about 2 skins of thick mix-wool and is sewn into the head part either by hand or by machine. Body and limbs must be well stuffed and the limbs also should be sewn securely to the body part.

What you will need

  • polyester fabric
  • light fluffy stuffing material that that can be washed. Polyester mix wool for the hair.
