Q&A with stylememary

LauraHoo asked:
Great Job! And, I love your lining!
stylememary answered:
Thanks! I need a cheerful lining in the winter, you know?
Larri M asked:
Gorgeous! What a fabulous job you stitched. The lining adds a great pop of color surprise. I bet you love slipping into this dress. It looks amazing on you.
stylememary answered:
Thank you! You're right--I do love wearing this dress. It is a real treat to wear silk charmeuse, and I have to smile when I see that crazy lining!
Desilver40 asked:
Great fit. And flattering too. Love it!
stylememary answered:
Thank you! My mother (queen of patience) helped me with pinning during the long fitting process. Otherwise, I have no idea how I would have fit this style of dress on myself.
Holly.P asked:
Beautiful! Did you use the shell pattern for the sleeves?
stylememary answered:
Thanks! I used the sleeve pattern from Vogue 8532, cut on the bias.
RedPointTailor asked:
Wonderufl dress! Great job. I love your lining!
stylememary answered:
Thanks so much! The lining makes me so happy when I wear the dress.
