Colette Pendleton Anise Jacket

Project Description

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Colette Anise Link to website or photo www.colettepatterns.com/shop/anise What are you most proud of? The fit. It took a lot of time, and two muslins to get the jacket juuust right. The sleeve heads could still use a bit of adjusting, but overall I'm really happy with how it turned out. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time! Tailoring is not something to rush through. Plan on giving yourself plenty of time to make this pattern, and don't try to skip any steps. The key to a great tailored piece is patience.

What you will need

  • Pendleton wool
  • cream coat lining and vintage leather buttons
