Classic tailored shirt for my brother

Project Description

What are you most proud of? The shirt looks very professional and only when you look really closely you can see that I might still need some practice on the flat felled seams. I also really like the contrasting yoke and inside cuffs. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take Pam Howards class, she really explains everything very well. Even though I had made classic tailored shirts before I found the information that she gave very useful and I certainly learned some new tricks.

What you will need

  • Cotton shirting fabric
  • Fusible woven interfacing. Buttons.

Hi Emmely! Great job on this shirt for your brother! I'm sure that he is very pleased with this one as well. It's nice to have a pattern that you can modify and use over and over again. I really love all of your details and contrast inner yoke. Thanks so much, I'm glad that you enjoyed the class :-)) Pam

Thank you! I already have some other shirts planned for myself and my boyfriend that I hope to be able to make in the next months.
