Classic Shirt No. 6

Project Description

What are you most proud of? On this shirt, I changed the cuffs from square to round, put in tower plackets, which I totally love and used my brand new Janome 8077 sewing machine (a birthday present from my DH) to make the buttonholes What advice would you give someone starting this project? The tower placket looks difficult, but if you watch and follow Pam's instructions it's not. You just have to remember to put the right side of the placket on the wrong side on the sleeve. But if you don't it's an easy fix (ask me how I know).

What you will need

  • 100% cotton
  • quilting fabric
