What are you most proud of? I'm not terribly experienced at sewing with knits and don't own a serger. Using techniques I knew, along with what I learned from Meg Elwee's knit class, I believe the overall construction turned out well. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Read up on how to sew with knits before you start and by all means, make sure fit is right before you start sewing. The last thing you want to have to do is remove zigzag, overcast or other very tight stitches. Also, make sure you truly understand what your machine can do with regard to stitch types for knits, pressure foot adjustment and walking foot attachments.
