Basic Handbag with Two Front Pockets

What are you most proud of? Making the front pockets the perfect size for a cell phone. These days it's an essential piece of equipment. You don't want to dig through your purse to find it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't forget to attach all the bling and the handles to the exterior BEFORE you connect it to the lining. I had a bit of seam ripping to do.....

Love this bag, like the contrast color on the handles, good job...
ShellieB answered:
Thanks.
Brett Bara asked:
Gorgeous! All of your details look fantastic -- the zipper, handles, lining, pockets are all great! I love that you did two small pockets in the front, great idea! :)
ShellieB answered:
Thanks Brett! I had a lot of fun and my sister-in-law loved it.
Creativewan asked:
i really like the overall shape and workmanship on this bag ShellieB, and great use of the seersucker material!
ShellieB answered:
Thanks! The seersucker was fabric that I got from my mom years ago. I loved the pattern and was just waiting for the perfect project.
