"Mennonite" Dress

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Simplicity 2234 Toddler's Dresses Link to website or photo www.simplicity.com/p-5924-its-so-easy-toddlers-dresses.aspx What are you most proud of? I successfully used my rolled hem foot for the bottoms of the sleeves. I reached a point in the pattern where it said to use "my bias tape" to create a casing for the elastic in the sleeves. Hmmm... what bias tape? I didn't get any bias tape for this project! What to do? I know, I'll make my own. I know how to do that. So, the elastic casings in the sleeves exactly matches the rest of the dress. Love it! This is the first time I've put a zipper in for years and it looks pretty good. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure to mark all the lines for the pleats. It'll really help.
