Project Description

What was your source for this sewing project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Butterick B4919 Link to website or photo butterick.mccall.com/b4919-products-5273.php?page_id=371 What are you most proud of? I felt so special in my wedding dress, and very proud that I'd made it myself. I also had a real sense of satisfaction that it cost 150 (including a 75 handmade petticoat that I purchased from http://www.houseofolivier.co.uk/) 2,850 less than the bridal shop version I tried on)! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be patient, and make a sample version out of muslin or an old sheet. It'll really help you understand the construction of the dress because it's a little tricky to get your head around when you read the instructions... Well it was for me anyway!!!

What you will need
