This listing is for a bundle of THREE digital project patterns, not the actual ornaments. This is not a kit. These patterns are written in ENGLISH. Buy this bundle of Twelve Days ornament patterns and SAVE! This set includes my patterns 4-6 in my original hand sewn Twelve Days ornament series: 4 - Colly Bird 5 - Gold Ring 6 - Goose a-Laying These patterns are based on the original 1780 Twelve Days of Christmas carol, which is slightly different than the modern version. There's a handy post on my blog with lots of information about the series, as well as links to Benzie Design and Felt On The Fly for their coordinating felt/floss kits: http://mmmcrafts.blogspot.com/p/twelve-days.html These patterns show you how to make colorful, embroidered ornaments for your Christmas tree or for special handmade gifting. They are each sewn entirely by hand. Choose your own colors and customize them to any holiday decor, or use my pre-chosen colors available on my blog. HOW HARD ARE THESE TO MAKE? If you can do precision cutting, basic hand stitches (running stitch, whipstitch, backstitch and french knot), and are familiar with sewing and embroidery terms, then you can make these projects! HERE'S WHY: These patterns utilize a Sulky brand water-soluble stabilizer which makes putting the ornaments together easy, fast and accurate. The designs print directly on the stabilizer, which is adhered to the felt and you embroider right on top of it! NO PATTERN TRACING and NO TRANSFERRING THE EMBROIDERY DESIGNS BY HAND. Fantastic! (If you can't use the Sulky stabilizer, I've also included tips for that.) Each digital PDF pattern in this bundle includes: - Neat, professionally drawn, actual-sized pattern pieces that do not overlap - Step-by-step instructions with clear professionally drawn diagrams and photos - Resources section with stitching diagrams, tips and supply links Each pattern is in PDF format on 8.5 x 11 paper, so you can print it from your regular printer at home on standard paper and printable stabilizer, as many times as you need for personal use. Materials used to make these ornaments are commonly available. They include: wood beads, wool or wool-blend felts, embroidery floss, cotton pipe cleaners, fusible interfacing, printable stabilizer and stuffing. A complete list of materials is in the individual pattern listings. NOTE: These decorations have small parts and may present a choking hazard. They are not ornament projects designed for children under the age of three.
