One year I was loathed to buy plastic pumpkins for treat-or-treating. That's when I created this little bag. Two bags...four fat quarters. They hold quite the haul! From Halloween candy to Easter eggs and anything in between. You can add lace, rick-rack, even fun buttons and a closure. Your little one will love something to carry their treasures in! Supplies listed will make 2 bags. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY 1/4" seam, sewing a circle to straight edged fabric SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS about 7 3/4" round!

Supplies Needed

  • 4 fat quarters, 1/2 yard batting, sewing machine, basic sewing supplies, mat, rotary cutter, ruler, template plastic, fine point sharpie marker, air/water erasable marker, scissors, thread snips, seam ripper

These bio's always make my brain go blank. So I'm going to try to keep it simple. I think I'm a regular girl. Wife, mom, quilter, gardener and dancer (of ballet). I've tried a lot of things but these last three things fit me better than all the others and they make my heart exceedingly happy. My business for the last 9 years has been primarily longarm quilting. However, at the end of August 2016 I am closing the doors on that part of the business and will be solely focussed on quilt pattern design and homeschooling my girls. And making jam. I love jam. And my puppies. I love them too. I'm looking forward to this new season and where it takes me. You can follow along with my adventures on my blog: or on instagram:
