Sew a cute, cuddly Koala Mommy with Babies. Pattern includes 2 Baby options: smaller fabric baby similar to Mom or tiny felt baby that fits in Mommy's pouch. Mommy can be made with or without pouch. Included in tutorial: 1. Mommy with optional pouch (8" high) 2. Baby (approx. 6" high) 3. Tiny Felt Baby can be attached to pouch with ribbon or as separate toy (2 1/2" high) PDF sewing pattern gives clearly written, step-by-step instructions, and each step includes color photos. It is ready to print on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper and includes full sized pattern pieces. Fun Facts: A Koala is a marsupial native to Australia (not a bear). Unlike a kangaroo, its pouch opens downward. I tried to keep it real and made pouch open down in stuffed koala also :-) This is an excellent softie for small children. There are no buttons or loose pieces to come off. However, if felt Koala is attached to Mommy with ribbon, please be aware that no toy with ribbon should be left unattended with a baby or small child as even a small length of ribbon could become wrapped around a tiny finger. This PDF sewing pattern is an original My Funny Buddy design available for instant download.
