This sewing pattern is for a recycled denim purse or bag that features a nice size outer pocket and a cotton print lining. The pattern is 6 pages long and includes step by step instructions on how to make this denim purse as well as some photos on construction techniques. This pattern is simple to sew if you are familiar with sewing bags and working with denim. Fabrics used are denim from 3 old pairs of jeans and some cotton fabric that coordinates for lining. Also needed is a denim zipper and some decorative thread for embroidery and topstitching. If you don't have an embroidery machine you can skip that step. There are no pattern pieces to this pattern - dimensions are given for cutting the denim and the lining. Finished purse is approx. 12 1/2 in. wide by 11 in. tall and 4 in. deep. Perfect size for a small purse organizer if you have one as seen in my one photo of the open bag. You may sell any finished items made from this pattern.
