This download kit has patterns for 8 sizes for washable, yes, WASHABLE, sewn, tabletop / hanging, fabric photo frames. For photo sizes: 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" 2x3" Instax instant print 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" wallet size - great for favors, place card frames for weddings, showers, events 4x6" - 2 sizes: 5x7" and 7x9" overall, 1" and 2" frame front border around picture window, or area of photo 5x7" - 2 sizes: 6 3/4" x 8 3/4" and 8x10" overall size, 1" and 1 3/4" frame front border 8x10" The 2 smallest frames happen to be convertible, interchangeable, tabletop / wall hanging frames that convert to brooch jewelry pins, with removable strut legs held on by ribbon & velcro, and metal, 1 1/4" bar style pin back The structure is all one piece, parts sewn together, in a strategic way, with a ribbon that connects the strut leg pocket on the back, to the easel back pocket (the back panel), on the bottom right corner. There is a pocket for the photo and its protective sleeve, an ACID FREE, clear sheet protector page cut to the size of the photo A4 size, sold in packs of 50 to 100 - make sure the package states ACID FREE. There are pockets on the back for the REMOVABLE, easel back and strut leg boards. They slide out of their pockets. You can use acid free mat board or cardboard, patterns included. You can sew button holes centered on the top and to the left on the back panel using your zig zag stitch close, 3 to 5 stitch width, and 0 or 1 stitch length. To wash the frames, remove all boards, metal pin backs, photo sleeves, and photos, then place the frame inside a lingerie bag, place in the cold, delicate cycle, using mild detergent like Woolite. Do not use fabric softener. Place on a towel to air dry, or use clothespins or a plastic pant hanger with clips. Again, the specific quantities are given in the download. And, you can PRINT the patterns directly onto Ultrahold with your inkjet printer. This is a pdf, the pages are 8 1/2" x 11" each, so close to A4 size. Buy two rolls, 5 yards / 4.6m each roll, and cut 32 8 1/2" x 11" pieces from each roll, or use the A4 size, two pieces across, and 16 rows down. You'll still have about 4 inches or 10cm left at the end of the roll. The patterns have everything you need to print, all the seam allowances (don't cut those away, you'll need them), corners to cut away after ironing to fabric, a u shaped line on the 2nd inside frame front border panel for where you sew that panel to the frame middle panel, to make the photo pocket (fold the paper side in, and use chalk or a pencil to mark your guide line for where to sew), holes to punch for on 2 of the easel back panels for the pin back's mechanisms to stay in place, areas / boxes for where to put the Velcro / hook & loop - sew on kind. Its all there on the printed patterns, labeled, everything. Now, if you get stuck I have a video tutorial AND blog post tutorial to show you step by step how to make these frames. So many times, I would see cheap, fabric covered, cardboard or wood frames, where the inner picture window's fabric corners weren't cleanly cut, the turn buttons on the back would pop off, or the strut leg would break, and I did make patterns, better patterns, I feel, basically using the supplies above, but in a different way and amount, covering mat board parts, for fabric covered mat board / cardboard frames. I do have a download kit to make NO SEW, washable, fabric photo frames, which involves a lot more Ultrahold, less mat board, and more ribbon, so look out for that here. The download has 47 pages, 35 are the patterns. THANK YOU!
