PATTERN DETAILS

While the cat's away, these Ragtime Rats are having a ball, swing dancing amongst the books! Dress them in different colours - a bow tie, hats, sunglasses, to name but a few of the ways you can express yourself with these quick and easy dolls. Dress them for Christmas, Easter or any holiday! Make them as a Christmas tree ornament! A car mirror toy! A fairy mouse with a tutu and a wand! Paint on pink ballet slippers! The legs and arms can have any position, so you can play with making them anything you want to. Have fun with these small creatures, standing at five inches tall (not counting the tail!) and made from a one way stretch fabric, the colour of your choosing. An armature helps them stand alone and there are plenty of drawings and written instructions to show how to make these 3 dimensional figures. Clothing is easily made from felt or other fabric. Instructions also included for making the bookstand for display! BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY General sewing skills, Minimal needle sculpting.
