PATTERN DETAILS

Free Download! This is the pattern for the accessory little fabric dish *only*. The pattern for the Bionic Gear Bag is available separately here on Craftsy. This is the pattern for fabric dish that was not included with the bag pattern. I use this to hold Clover brand Wonder Clips in my Bionic Gear Bag. A video on bionicgearbag.com shows this little dish in action and how useful it is when snapped in with magnetic purse snaps. These little fabric dishes are nice to have for multiple purposes around your sewing room and even in the rest of the house! Soft, won't scratch your sewing machine, or bang up your hands when reaching for small objects. Great for an entryway... for throwing keys and avoiding furniture scratches. This is a great project for a beginner. Additional pictures and videos are on the site above. The instructions also include how to modify the sizes to be useful as a microwave bowl potholder (it goes in the microwave with your bowl, and you then can grab the corners to remove your hot food without having to handle the hot bowl!) SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS approx 4" x 4" x 1.5"

Recommended with this pattern

  • 1 - 6" square of lightweight batting
  • 2 magnetic snaps (if being used for Bionic Gear Bag)
  • 2 - 6" squares of quilting cotton

I'm having a great time with all of the new people I've met through Craftsy! This has been an *unbelievable* experience! (thank you, Craftsy!) My patterns are meant to feel like we're sitting next to each other and sewing. The goal is for there to be enough pictures and information so that even new people - as long as they're not afraid of their sewing machine! - can tackle my projects. Look forward to meeting you Join me... Instagram: RipStitcher or facebook.com/officialsewmuchnicer or on our facebook group: facebook.com/groups/SewMuchNicer/ Have an awesome day!
