Do your bags always over flow? Do you wish you had a bag that fit it all? I did, I was tired of fighting the small bags! I wanted something that was big enough to hold a 3 ring binder, and toys for the kids. I originally made this bag to be reversible, and hold anything and everything. Thanks to many comments and inspiration of others. This bag is now the NEW BIG BAG! Full of options - - Zipper to close the bag - Snap to close the bag - Side pocket for inside or outside of the bag - Large pocket - Key and phone pocket - zipper storage pocket - Separator - And I had to still leave it basic for the reversible option! You have the choice with every bag you make from this pattern. Finished bag measures 17" wide x 5" thick x 13" tall Pattern has real pictures for every step!!! BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Basic bag is perfect for a beginner. Adding options is suggested with only a little experience. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 17" wide x 5" thick x 13" tall

My Taylor Made
Coming home with a shopping bag full of fabric that has no known future as of yet, is very normal in our home. My husband is very patient and supportive with my love to sew. As a child, my mom put me in sewing lessons. That was all I needed in life. I was hooked. I still remember that pair of M.C. Hammer pants that I wore everywhere. I was so proud of every tiny project I made. As soon as I could start teaching other I was ecstatic! And I continued to challenge myself and sew new things. Then I went to Ricks College (now known as BYU-Idaho) and majored in Fashion Design and Construction. Loved it! I had so much fun! This is where I learned a lot more techniques and was able to design a line of clothes. I designed and sewed my own wedding dress when I married in 2000. Loved it! After I had my second child, my daughter, I couldn't resist every frilly dress and huge bow I could find. So I started creating my own. I am having so much fun, and my kids are to. They keep coming up to me, "Mom, can you make this? (As they show me a drawn picture or start motioning with their hands.)" They are budding designers ready to shine. My husband and I now have 4 children who are my true inspiration for my patterns.
