An elastic waist skirt with an au courant silhouette is offered in three lengths. Three separate gore pattern pieces in varying widths and lengths provide an above the knee, a mid-knee and a mid-calf skirt, all falling smoothly across the hips with a lower flare and seaming detail options. Your perfect fit is assured with unique sizing and construction that is adaptable to most any figure. Finish with traditional, enclosed seams and a hem for a polished look or give it an edge by constructing with exposed seams and leaving unhemmed. Those with a serger can finish the seams and lower edge with a contrasting or complementary thread color. Options are included for topstitching as well. Find cutting diagrams and instructions on how to deconstruct and repurpose denim jeans or other garments to create a unique new skirt with character and charm. Create using Crossroads Denim, recycled denim, quilting cotton, or rayon. Approximate length of finished skirt without hem.
