Celebrating my daughter's Sweet 16 by taking a trip to NYC to shop and see shows on Broadway. We're so excited! I decided to make us each a fabric laundry bag to use instead of bringing a plastic trash bag. A fabric laundry bag is environmentally friendly, re-useable, washable and so much more stylish! These directions feature french seams so you never have to deal with pesky unravelled threads. This would be great for anyone with an upcoming vacation or a kid attending camp. You can adjust the size for short weekend get-aways. Be sure to visit and check out our fabulous fabric collection and check the accessories for cord stops. My name is Nancy and I am the mother of two amazing teenagers, one daughter and one son. They are both hockey players. I am married to a wonderful man who is my biggest supporter and without whom, my dream of establishing an online quilt shop,, would not have become a reality. I started my career in the 1980’s in the construction industry, as one of very few women at the time. I proudly worked my way up to the role as Chief Estimator for a commercial metal stud framing and drywall contractor. Along the way, in the early 2000’s, I found my inner passion for quilting. I created an online quilt shop as a portal to share my passion for not just the luscious fabrics available today, but also for the process of creating wonderful quilts and projects. carries only top quality quilt fabric and patterns to offer you an enjoyable shopping experience. What else do I love besides my family and quilting? Chocolate, the beach, Christmas and my pets, who are technically part of my family, but I hadn’t mentioned them before. Three long hair dachshunds (2 miniature and 1 standard) – Lilo, Stitch and Noni, and one calico cat named Minnie.
