PATTERN DETAILS

The Julia Case PDF pattern instructions to make this beautiful yet simple to construct case, padded, fully lined with zipper pocket closure, and wristlet for your iPad or other tablet computers! This cool square design gives extra space for multiple devices to fit, or put accessories (I put my countertop stand next to my iPad) inside the main pocket. You can use this pattern to create a cover with zipped pockets on both sides, or a cover with just the single zipper and no side pocket. Instructions will give the simple modifications. The square shape of this cover makes it great for quilt squares and balanced motifs. The wristlet has a cute bow that makes it a fashion statement on its own! Clip it to either side, remove it, or make a shoulder strap for your case, whatever suits your mood. Look inside for a hot pink zebra lining...what will your surprize lining be? Making a gift and not sure which tablet your friend has? This square shape will hold the majority of standard tablet sizes currently available. ================================== Patterns by Gaila Designs ================================== This detailed pattern will take you step-by-step through the construction of the cover. Every step is described and a full color photograph is provided to illustrate the step. No assuptions of skill are made (other than operating your sewing machine!) and each step is brief and logically stated in large print. I have been sewing for interiors for over 20 years and have attended numerous classes, seminars and other instructional venues. I hope that sharing my experience with you in making beautiful items for your home will give you much pleasure and lessen frustration with trying to 'figure out' how to make an item without instructions. I also offer sewing tips and brief tutorials on my blog at www.gailadesigns.blogspot.com Questions or concerns about the pattern are welcome! ================================== Permissions for pattern use ================================== If you would like to use this pattern to create cases to sell online or elsewhere, that is permissable. This pattern is legally protected by copyright. BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY If you can sew a straight line, you can make this cover. No special or advanced skills are needed. If you have never installed a zipper, no problem! The method used is extremely easy. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS The pattern for this set of instructions will fit your iPad 1, 2, 3, 4, iPad Air 1,2, iPad Pro 9.7", Kindle HD, and most tablet computers; any device up to 9"w x 10"t x 1". This pattern is oversized to accommodate a device with a cover. Measure your covered device to see if it is the best fit with this pattern. With so many covers available it is impossible to anticipate every style and size of cover that might fit
