A swing skirt with timeless appeal that can be made to fit several size little girls by following the simple instructions. Just measure their hips to determine the number of panels required. From the elastic waist falls a soft, swingy silhouette graced with a clean line on top. It partners easily with everything from boots to sandals. Exposed seaming detail and optional raw edged fabric embellishment add dimensional interest. Leave a raw edge to your seams or finish with a complimentary serger thread. Easy to construct, it requires no hemming - just serge the lower edge if desired. If you don't have a serger, turn up a narrow hem and stitch or use your zigzag stitch. It's a great investment for a growing little girl. May be rendered in one fabric or several, funky cottons, contemporary prints, or denim. Approximate sizes 2 through 10.
