With all that goes on around our little island homestead while chasing after my son and daughter, I still find time to create and design. My first love of sewing came at an early age when my Grandmother taught me how to make my first pincushion. After that I was drawn to other fiber arts, crochet and knitting and have spent years studying and perfecting my craft. I attended Sheridan College for Fashion Design which solidified my love of the whole design process, from creative spark to drafted pattern and finished sewn garment. I have spent over 20 years designing and drafting patterns for all my fiber addictions. I also give credit to those who taught me the basics of the needle arts over the years for they helped feed my passion to learn more. I continue to create for my soul....and sometimes for my family!
